Stories Of I Do Wedding Photography – Newbury Shaw House
Stories of I Do are usually hired by couples seeking a Leeds wedding photographer. When Emily got in touch last minute for her Newbury wedding we were so excited to be able to say yes. Only the day before we were photographing Claire and Luke’s wedding at the Winchester Guildhall. This meant that we were very nearby and able to stand in last minute when her photographer sadly let her down.
April weddings are so beautiful, Emily and Ant had one of the warmest, brightest days we have had this year! Here is our little sneak peek gallery of five of our favourite shots from the day.

Their day took place at the Hare and Hounds, with their ceremony carried out at Shaw House. Shaw house is spectacular, a hidden gem on the north edge of Newbury. Shaw House is a Grade I listed venue. It has absolutely tranquil surroundings making for some beautiful family and entire group shots.

The Hare and Hounds was a perfect location for their Newbury wedding. The couple were able to stay the night and have their bridal and groom preparations photographed in one place. With Stories of I Do being a team of two wedding photographers we were able to capture both of these moments. Groom preparations are especially beautiful this time as Ant had his baby daughter Eliza to also get ready, with help from his best man twin brother!

Their evening celebrations continued at the Hare and Hounds, in ‘The Barn’. Barn weddings are beautiful to photograph, and this venue was no different. Huge beams, fairy lights and rustic details designed by Emily and her bridesmaid team.

A wonderful day to capture, and we were so lucky to be available for their Newbury wedding at short notice. We have begun editing their full album so if you have enjoyed their sneak peek gallery be sure to check back when we share more from their day!
A big congratulations to the new Mr & Mrs Holmes!
