Bedford Wedding Photographers
Here’s a sneak peek of our Bedford wedding, celebrating the happy wedding day of Helen and Dipuck.
This was a day full of contrasts, from sunshine and rain opposite tears and laughter. Serene whites to vibrant reds and oranges, prayerful moments to party time!
Groom Preparation
Dipuck held his groom preparation at his home in South Harrow as his parents home had been decorated especially for the day. Many of his large family were there to support him.
Bridal Preparations
Our bride Helen went to her local 5th Avenue Hair and Beauty spa. Where we captured some less glamorous shots as she started the day in rollers and a face mask! It was well worth the effort though, as our beautiful bride emerged at the end. Helen looked stunning in her beautiful white dress with pearl embellishments. Her hair worn up in curls with a tiara. It’s no wonder her husband- to- be was overwhelmed at his first sight of the bride coming down the aisle.
Special Moments
Helen and her father were driven to the Three Rivers Church in Bedford in a cream 1961 Jaguar. This was an extra special marriage with Helen’s father since he was also the minister at the church. With a close family friend performing the wedding ceremony. The church was filled with family, friends and the church community. Many with special wishes and prayers for the happy couple.
Some of the biggest smiles came from Helen and Dipuck’s son due to his smart outfit. He matched the rest of the groomsmen and was a real scene stealer. The photography shows how much he loved being a part of this happy day since it was a true celebration of family.
Bedfordshire Wedding
After the wedding service, we were blessed with a few moments to snap some romantic portraits. Mary and Jon then headed down to the embankment in Bedford so that of the new ‘Mr and Mrs’ could get some portraits. We managed this just in time before the heavens opened. Finally, the Bride and Groom then headed over to the snug of the Queens Community Centre. Everyone in the large wedding party enjoyed a delicious Indian buffet. The father-of-the Bride, Best Man and Groom all gave moving wedding speeches. This gave Helen and Dipuck moments to reflect upon as well as plenty of laughter.
