Wedding Photography At Christ Church Erith London
Mix two incredible people, their equally marvellous families, cultures, add their love for each other, and you get an epic wedding full of happiness, laughter and beautiful memories.
Wedding at Christ Church
Our day began at the bride’s hotel, which to say was a hive of activity would be an understatement! Our bridal party were all getting ready together, with the help of a hairdresser and makeup artist. With our couple hosting a wedding for over 200 guests there was much to be done. Thankfully, groom Karl was organised and relaxed, arriving very early at the church to decorate it with his groomsmen. Stories Of I Do are a team of two photographers. While Jon was calmly photographing Karl and his groomsmen finishing the final details and making everything perfect, Mary was with the late-running bridal party, rushing to get ready, fixing a dress malfunction and trying to make it to the churchon time!
Wedding Reception at Slade Green Community Centre
We loved all the traditional African Caribbean wedding outfits of our bride and groom's wedding guests. Their ceremony was held at Christ Church, Erith, a fabulous, vast, wedding venue. Their ceremony was a full service full of joyful singing. While it was one of the most extended ceremonies we have photographed, it felt like within a heartbeat their vows had been made, and ring exchanged.
African Caribbean Wedding Photographer
After some informal group photographs and portraits of the newlyweds, we all drove to the Slade Green Community Centre to continue the celebrations. There was such a lovely, fun atmosphere that lasted all day! We always love photographing family and friends enjoying themselves and our couples relaxing with their guests. This allows us to capture the natural moments and people as they are. After delicious food, it was time for the speeches, with some of the tales from the Best Men causing the room to erupt in laughter!
Dance the night away
On to more fun with a few games and before hitting the dance floor. Kirsty, Karl and their wedding party appeared in traditional African Caribbean Wedding Photographer attire with choreographed dance moves to get the party flowing. The end to another perfect day.
Stories Of I Do Wedding Photography
Kirsty and Karl were so generous, loving and a joy to be with. They wanted the guests to enjoy celebrating with them and enjoy the glorious London location. Thank you to this beautiful couple and their families for welcoming us and choosing us to photograph your wedding.
